Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for reimbursement

• Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchasing tickets/services.

• Refunds are not available after the event has started or the service has been fully delivered.

2. Refund procedure

• Requests must be submitted in writing.

• The refund is made through the same payment method originally used.

3. Exceptions

• Processing fees and bank charges are non-refundable.

• Tickets transferred to other people are not eligible for refund.

4. Changes and cancellations
If the event is canceled by the organizer, the amounts paid will be fully refunded.
